Building a Unified, Scalable Platform Foundation

Aziro led a multi-platform, long-term engagement to build a scalable and reliable foundation for self-service retail operations. The initiative began with developing and enhancing kiosk and vending application platforms, supporting key capabilities such as inventory management, payments, alerts, and product placement. These solutions were delivered across web and mobile, ensuring a consistent experience for operators and field teams.

 

In parallel, Aziro strengthened embedded software within vending machines, enabling stable device-level performance and seamless integration with backend systems for payments, reporting, and device management. To streamline operations, Aziro developed operator-facing web and mobile applications for inventory tracking, stocking, scheduling, and reporting—providing real-time visibility and reducing manual effort.

 

As adoption scaled, Aziro assumed ownership of cloud infrastructure and platform operations, delivering continuous monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization. This ensured high availability, secure transactions, and predictable performance across mission-critical systems. The engagement also extended to customer support and call center operations, enabling efficient resolution of device, account, and order-related issues while maintaining service continuity.
With a stable foundation in place, Aziro introduced AI-driven enhancements, including sales forecasting using historical and seasonal data and delivery route optimization leveraging real-time traffic and predictive analytics.
