Terms and Conditions for Candidates

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement as a candidate with Aziro (formerly Misys Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and outline your rights and responsibilities during the recruitment process.

  1. 1. Consent to Data Collection and Use

    1. By submitting your resume or application to Aziro, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as:
      • Full name, contact details, date of birth, gender
      • Educational qualifications, professional history
      • References, identification numbers (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN), background check data
    2. Your information may be stored in our applicant tracking systems such as My Next Hire, and may be shared with:
      • Internal hiring teams
      • Background verification vendors (e.g., HireRight)
      • Clients of Aziro for whom the position is open
      • Third-party interview platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  2. 2. Data Privacy and Retention

    1. We comply with applicable privacy regulations such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and GDPR (where applicable).
    2. Your data will be retained for up to 3 years for audit, legal, and talent pool purposes unless a shorter or longer period is mandated by law or client requirements.
    3. You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@aziro.com.
  3. 3. Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality

    1. Any confidential information shared with you during the hiring process (technical assessments, interview discussions, or company materials) must not be disclosed to any third party.
    2. If selected, you will be required to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the onboarding process.
  4. 4. Accuracy of Information

    1. You affirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
    2. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the hiring process or termination if already employed.
  5. 5. Intellectual Property

    1. Any assessments or submissions made during the recruitment process become the property of Aziro and will not be returned.
    2. You agree that any intellectual property created as part of a test or assignment may be used solely for evaluation purposes.
  6. 6. No Guarantee of Employment

    1. Submission of your profile or participation in interviews does not guarantee employment. Selection is based on merit, client requirements, and internal assessments.
  7. 7. Communication

    1. By applying, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, or other communication platforms regarding your application.
    2. You may opt out of future communications by writing to careers@aziro.com.
  8. 8. Changes to the Terms

    1. Aziro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our career portal or communicated to you via email.
