Aziro (formerly MSys Technologies), a global technology services company focusing on storage, cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT) and Analytics has recently appointed Mr. Nitish Shirsath as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Nitish will lead the global IT function and play a key role in shaping the technology agenda across the business. Prior to joining Aziro (formerly MSys Technologies), Mr. Nitish Shirsath has worked with BMC Software, VMware and Hewlett-Packard.
About Mr. Shirsath
Nitish has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with an extensive background in building computer software and managing teams that build software. He has a deep knowledge of Cloud, Virtualization, Cloud Management, Operating Systems, Kernel, IO Devices and Drivers, Enterprise Applications, and System Management; and is well-positioned to grow the technical innovation at Aziro (formerly MSys Technologies). Prior to joining Aziro (formerly MSys Technologies), he founded ventures in fields of automobile and early childhood education programs. His responsibilities at BMC included managing the teams that developed software for management of heterogeneous Cloud infrastructure for all Day-1 and Day-2 use cases, supporting vendors like VMware, IBM, Microsoft, Citrix, Red Hat. Prior to that, Nitish led and managed the engineering teams at VMware and Hewlett Packard for VMWare ESX Server kernel, Virtual Center, Storage and Network Stacks, System Management and other similar products.
