Rohit Kher joins us as an Senior Director – Digital Sales with more than 35 years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy across the Asia-Pacific banking and financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions with several leading global technology and banking software organizations, such as FIS, Finastra, Intellect, HCL, and Tech Mahindra, where he has been entrusted with establishing new regional operations, building high-performing commercial teams, and delivering large-scale transformation programs for many of the region's foremost institutions. His expertise spans AI-enabled banking solutions, digital transformation, core banking, payments, lending, trade finance, compliance, and cloud-based SaaS platforms.

Outside of work, Rohit enjoys an active lifestyle and believes that many of the qualities required in business, discipline, strategic thinking, resilience, and continuous learning, are equally important in life. His interests include Golf, Horse Riding, and Skiing, pursuits that reflect his passion for challenge, precision, and the outdoors.
