His career spans leadership roles at global technology and engineering organizations including Hexaware Technologies, L&T Technology Services, ITC Infotech, Geometric (now HCLTech), and Tata Technologies, where he led large-scale digital programs, multi‑year consulting partnerships, and portfolio expansion across North America, Europe, and Asia. Known for blending commercial strategy with deep technology fluency, he has consistently helped enterprises modernize through digital engineering, cloud adoption, product lifecycle transformation, and AI‑enabled services.
 

Before joining Aziro, Jitender founded and led EmachineLabs, an AI-powered enterprise platform for application modernization and data integration, where he shaped product strategy, architecture, and enterprise adoption. This entrepreneurial chapter strengthened his belief in combining consulting expertise with platform-led acceleration, an approach he now brings to his mandate at Aziro.
